WordPress iPad App

By Ian Littauer

My last post was the first trying the WordPress iPad App by Automattic, Inc. It is very slick and works well for making quick posts.  It was very confusing to figure out that to publish a post you have tap on the “Status: Local Draft” to change the option from local post to published.  I went online and found someone else who had the same trouble in figuring out how to publish.  Automattic could have made that option a little clearer.

You have basic options to edit a post:

  • Settings
  • Photos
  • Preview

I would like to use my commute time to start posting from the iPad what I am doing on my websites.  Stay tuned…
