My weekly RSS campaign for PhotoClique didn’t drop again this week when it was set to. Was told by support that it was probably because the RSS feed wasn’t available when the campaign was being pulled to drop.
I find this hard to believe as I was told the same thing two weeks ago when a campaign was suppose to drop and the feed setting were completely lost. Meaning that none of the RSS items could be pulled again since the campaign was suppose to drop. This time I could pull all the RSS items since the last enewsletter went out. MailChimp’s explanations are contradicting.
Don’t know what is going on with MailChimp. Have had nothing, but trouble for the the last 4 weeks. Very frustrating as trying to run a commercial venture.
