My last post was the first trying the WordPress iPad App by Automattic, Inc. It is very slick and works well for making quick posts. It was very confusing to figure out that to publish a post you have tap on the “Status: Local Draft” to change the option from local post to published. I went online and found someone else who had the same trouble in figuring out how to publish. Automattic could have made that option a little clearer. You have basic options to edit a post: Settings Photos Preview I would like to use my commute time to start posting from the iPad what I am doing on my websites. Stay tuned…

Just added “Page Links To” plug-in to this blog. It allows a page to link to an external URL. I wanted to have my eSyndiCat directory appear in the top sub-nav bar instead on the side in the link widget. It appears to work great. The only problem that I can see is the link doesn’t open in a new window even though I checked the option to do so. Probably a bug that will be fixed latter on. I can live with the link opening in the same window for the time being.
